About me
Khaliyah X is the South Side of Chicago wrapped in an R&B melody. Born and raised in the city she calls home, she's been singing since before she could explain why — and she hasn't stopped since.
She's performed at the Taste of Chicago, the Logan Square Arts Festival, Schubas Tavern, and Sleeping Village. She's graced the Wintrust Arena stage and had the honor of singing the national anthem for both the Chicago Sky and the Chicago Bulls — including at Derrick Rose's retirement night. Her music has been featured on BBC Radio, and her single "What's My Name" has surpassed 350,000 streams.
Her sound pulls from the classics she grew up on — Brandy, Aaliyah, Jill Scott — but filtered through her own lens. Honest lyrics, smooth vocals, and music that feels like it was made specifically for whatever you're going through right now.
Beyond the music, Khaliyah is a natural in front of the camera. She loves creating content that lets people into her world — her style, her personality, and the story behind the art. Whether she's on stage or on screen, she knows how to hold your attention.
She calls herself the Chicago Princess, and if you've ever heard her sing, you'll understand why.
